Are the watches at Danzig Time original?+
Yes. We sell only original watches from official distribution. Every watch comes with the manufacturer's warranty card and original packaging.
How much does delivery cost?+
Delivery within Poland is free — InPost parcel locker or InPost courier. International shipping costs are shown in the cart after selecting your country.
How fast will I receive my order?+
Orders placed before 2 pm on business days are dispatched the same or the next business day. Delivery within Poland usually takes 1–2 business days.
Can I return a watch?+
Yes. You have 30 days from receipt to return the watch without giving a reason. It should be unused, complete and in its original packaging.
What warranty do I get?+
All watches are covered by the official manufacturer's warranty (24 months), handled by the brand's authorised service.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Payments are processed by Stripe: VISA and Mastercard cards, BLIK, Przelewy24, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. We ship outside Poland — the cost and delivery time are shown in the cart after selecting your country, and prices are converted to euro.
Can I order a watch as a gift?+
Of course. Every watch is shipped in the elegant original manufacturer's box — ready to be given.
